Artwork Requirements

We strive to deliver the best quality prints. To ensure this, we have set the following artwork requirements:

Resolution

The artwork must be at least 200 dpi resolution for raster artwork.

This ensures that your designs are clear and crisp when printed.

Edges and Background

It should have clean, crisp edges and a transparent background.

This helps in maintaining the integrity of your design when it is transferred onto the substrate

Line Thickness

The artwork line thickness should be a minimum of 2.0 points.

This is to ensure that your design elements are distinct and stand out.

Design

You can submit a single artwork design or create a gang sheet design, but it must fit within the selected film sheet size.

This gives you the flexibility to print multiple designs at once, saving time and resources.

File Types

We accept the following file types to curate a DTF transfer sheet:

RGB format: PNG. This format is ideal for designs that require a wide range of colors.
CYMK format: TIF. This format is perfect for designs that need to be printed in high quality.
Vector file types: CDR and PDF. These formats are great for designs that need to be scaled without losing quality.

Please note that we cannot process grayscale formatted artwork.

This is because grayscale does not provide the color accuracy needed for our DTF prints.

Our DTF Gang Sheets are available in various sizes to cater to your specific needs.

The available sizes include 22″ x 12″, 22″ x 24″, 22″ x 36″, 22″ x 48″, 22″ x 60″, 22″ x 72″, 22″ x 84″, 22″ x 96″, 22″ x 108″, and 22″ x 120″.
