MoreTranz®: Vibrant Colors, Simplified Process, Greater Efficiency
MoreTranz® has peaked at the highest level of workmanship when it comes to Direct to Film (DTF) transfers, delivering top-tier quality products and services to our customers. Founded in 2022 by Steve and Jené Morché, we combine years of experience in information technology (IT) and fashion design to bring groundbreaking, innovative solutions to the apparel decorating industry.
Impressed by their ease of use and vibrant colors, we implemented them into our production process. However, we were not satisfied with the limitations of CMYK printing often encountered in the direct to film shirt transfers. This drove us to innovate, and we developed a custom wholesale DTF printer capable of printing in both CMYK and RGB simultaneously. This revolutionary approach ensures your designs come to life with the same bright and vibrant colors you see on your screen—using impeccable DTF heat transfers.
Our affordable direct to film transfers simplify the decoration process and also eliminate the time-consuming tasks associated with traditional methods like vinyl weeding, eco-sol digital heat transfers, screen printing preparation, and artwork redesign for reduced color costs. This newfound efficiency has revolutionized our production, allowing us to serve our clients with even greater speed and accuracy.
We believe our technology has the potential to transform the apparel decorating industry for everyone. That’s why we launched MoreTranz® – to provide fellow apparel decorators with access to the best heat transfers and the expertise they need to succeed.
With our hands-on experience and focused approach, we are confident that our full color DTF transfers will do wonders for your business! No need to Google “DTF transfer near me” any more.
How To Heat Press DTF Transfers?
Gather Your Supplies
These include heat press, DTF transfer, garment (pre-pressed for 5 seconds is optional), Parchment paper, and scissors.
Prepare Your Garment
- Preheat your heat press to the recommended temperature for your DTF transfer (typically around 300°F/150°C).
- Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds to remove any wrinkles and moisture.
Position Your Transfer
- Place the transfer on your garment, ensuring the printed side faces down, and the adhesive side faces the fabric.
- Align the transfer carefully in the desired position.
Apply Heat and Pressure
- Close the heat press and apply firm pressure for the recommended time (typically around 15 seconds).
- Refer to the specific instructions provided with your DTF transfer for precise temperature and time settings.
Peel The Transfer
- Once the timer goes off, carefully open the heat press and slowly peel off the transfer film.
- Starting from a corner and pulling gently and evenly.
