Start with TrueColor®. Step up to MAX when the artwork needs it.

TrueColor® is our 5-color standard: cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white. TrueColor® MAX 9-color adds red, green, blue and orange — the wider gamut you need for photographic detail, true-to-life skin tones, and holding a specific school color the same way across separate reorders.

Both work the same way: upload a gang sheet you have already laid out, or build one in the Gang Sheet Builder. Same price either way.

The longer the sheet, the less you pay

Every gang sheet is priced by the linear foot, and the rate drops as the sheet gets longer. TrueColor® MAX:

  • 1–10 ft — $8.00 per linear foot
  • 20 ft — $6.40 per linear foot, 20% less
  • 40 ft — $5.20 per linear foot, 35% less

Every transfer has volume pricing, whether you build it or upload it. Glitter MAX and UV fall the furthest — up to 57% off at 40 feet.

We sell the heat presses too

We sold presses for years before we became a transfer supplier, and they are back — three machines for three different jobs. A cap press for hats and patches, a 16″ × 20″ clamshell for everyday work, and a dual platen that lets one person get through a 200-shirt run in an evening.

Every lower platen fits both flat presses, so a program can start small without stranding anything. Twelve month warranty on all three, laser alignment on the cap and dual platen presses, and freight is a flat fee rather than a quote.

Since 2010

We were decorators before we were suppliers

Steve and Jené Morché started Morché Designs in 2010 with one DTG printer and an embroidery machine. Twelve years of weeding vinyl, masking eco-sol prints and setting up screens taught us exactly where apparel decorating wastes time.

We launched MoreTranz in 2022 to fix the part that frustrated us most: color. After testing everything on the market, we built a custom printer that adds RGB and orange to standard CMYK — so a direct-to-film transfer looks on fabric the way it looked on screen.

What is a gang sheet?

One large sheet of transfer film with many designs arranged on it. You pay by the linear foot rather than per design, so filling the sheet is what brings your cost per design down.

How long does an order take?

Most orders are printed in 1–2 business days. Spangle transfers take 3–5. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern begin production the same business day. Rush options are available in your cart.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Transfer and supply orders over $99 ship free within the United States. No code needed — the free rate appears automatically at checkout.

What file formats do you accept?

Gang Sheet Builder: PNG, SVG and PDF. Transparent PNG at 300 DPI prints best.

Premade gang sheets: PNG or PDF at 300 DPI, up to 15 ft per file. A longer sheet can be split into up to 4 files, 40 ft in all, and it's billed as one sheet, so splitting the file does not split the discount.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Sheets start at a single foot and run up to 40 feet. The price per foot falls as the sheet gets longer.

What is the difference between 5‑color and 9‑color?

TrueColor® is our 5-color standard and handles most apparel work. TrueColor® MAX 9-color adds red, green, blue and orange for photo-quality detail, true-to-life skin tones and neon brights.
