TrueColor® is our five-color standard. TrueColor® MAX adds four more channels for photo-quality detail and true-to-life skin tones. Each comes as a Builder and a Premade sheet.

The longer the sheet, the less you pay

Every gang sheet is priced by the linear foot, and the rate drops as the sheet gets longer. TrueColor® MAX Builder:

  • 1–10 ft — $8.50 per linear foot
  • 20 ft — $6.80 per foot
  • 40 ft — $5.53 per foot, 35% less

Every film has volume pricing. Glitter MAX and UV fall the furthest — up to 57% off at forty feet.

Since 2010

We were decorators before we were suppliers

Steve and Jené Morché started Morché Designs in 2010 with one DTG printer and an embroidery machine. Twelve years of weeding vinyl, masking eco-sol prints and setting up screens taught us exactly where apparel decorating wastes time.

We launched MoreTranz in 2022 to fix the part that frustrated us most: color. After testing everything on the market, we built a custom printer that adds RGB and orange to standard CMYK — so a direct-to-film transfer looks on fabric the way it looked on screen.

What is a gang sheet?

One large sheet of transfer film with many designs arranged on it. You pay by the linear foot rather than per design, so filling the sheet is what brings your cost per design down.

How long does an order take?

Most orders are printed in 1–2 business days. Spangle transfers take 3–5. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern begin production the same business day. Rush options are available in your cart.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $99 ship free within the United States. No code needed — the free rate appears automatically at checkout.

What file formats do you accept?

PNG, AI and PDF.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Sheets start at a single foot and run up to forty. The price per foot falls as the sheet gets longer.

What is the difference between five-color and nine-color?
