Shipping policy
Production time
Production time is how long we take to print your order. It is separate from transit time.
- Most orders — 1 to 2 business days
- Spangle transfers — 3 to 5 business days
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern begin production the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM begin the next business day. We do not produce or ship on weekends or public holidays.
Rush service
Need it faster? Both options are available as checkboxes in your cart.
- Same Day RUSH — $100. Order by 1:00 PM Eastern and we produce and ship your order the same business day.
- Next Day Morning RUSH — $50. Your order is ready by 10:00 AM the next business day. Most often chosen by customers collecting from our Lawrenceville office.
Rush fees cover production priority — how quickly your order is finished, not how quickly it travels. If your order is shipping rather than being collected, choose an expedited method at checkout as well.
Shipping methods and cost
We ship with UPS. Live rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order:
- UPS Ground
- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Early
Choosing a faster shipping method does not speed up production. If you need both, add a rush fee in the cart and select an expedited shipping method at checkout.
Free shipping
Orders over $99 ship free within the United States. No code is needed — the free rate appears automatically at checkout.
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Destinations in the Southeast typically arrive fastest on Ground service.
Where we ship to
We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have an account, tracking is also shown on your order page.
Local pickup
Pickup is available from our Lawrenceville office and is usually ready within 24 hours. Choose Pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. Please wait for that email before traveling.
Need it sooner? Add Next Day Morning RUSH in the cart and your order is ready by 10:00 AM the next business day.
White Label shipping
Customers on our White Label program can tick White Label Shipping in the cart to have an order shipped directly to their own customer. All MoreTranz branding is removed from the packing slip and shipping label.
White Label requires an approved profile on your account. See .
Damaged or lost shipments
- Visible damage on delivery — photograph the packaging before opening, note the damage with the driver, and contact us within 48 hours
- Damage found after opening — photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 15 days
- Tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived — contact us and we will open a trace with UPS

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address are subject to reshipment charges.
