How to order DTF transfers
Premade gang sheet, or the builder?
Already have a print-ready file? Use a premade gang sheet. Pick your size, upload the sheet, done. You did the layout, so it costs less per foot.
No layout yet? Use the gang sheet builder. Upload your individual designs and the builder arranges them for you — sizes, quantities and spacing nested automatically into the most cost-effective sheet. No manual layout, no design software needed. It costs $0.50 more per linear foot than premade, which is the nesting doing the work for you.
Neither is the "right" answer. If you already lay sheets out in Illustrator, premade saves you money. If you do not, the builder saves you an afternoon.

Prices shown are at 1–10 feet. All sheets are 22.5 inches wide, except SUB at 23.5 inches.
Order longer sheets and the price per foot drops sharply. TrueColor and SUB fall about 20% by 40 feet; MAX about 35%; UV and Glitter MAX are the biggest savings on the site at over 55% off. If you have steady reorders, buying length is the single easiest way to cut your cost per piece.
Artwork specs
Get these right and your order goes straight to print.
- PNG, AI or PDF. A PNG needs a transparent background — a JPG has no transparency, so the background prints as a white box.
- 300 DPI at final print size. A 300 DPI image scaled up afterwards is no longer 300 DPI.
- Size your artwork before you upload it. We print what you send at the size you send it.
- On a premade sheet, leave space between pieces. Around half an inch is comfortable. Artwork touching an edge or another design may be trimmed through. The builder handles spacing for you, so this only applies if you are laying the sheet out yourself.
We do not redraw, vectorize or color-correct artwork. What you upload is what presses. If a file needs work first, artwork services can handle it.

Ordering, step by step
- Pick your film. TrueColor for everyday work, MAX when the artwork has photographic color in it, SUB for polyester, UV for hard surfaces, Glitter MAX for spirit wear.
- Premade or builder? Sheet already laid out — premade. Just have loose designs — builder.
- Check your artwork against the specs above.
- Pick your length. Longer sheets cost less per foot.
- Upload your file, or upload your designs and let the builder nest them.
- Check the total before you check out.
Cutoff and turnaround
Order by 1:00 PM Eastern and your job starts printing the same business day. After 1:00 PM it starts the next business day. We do not print or ship at weekends or on public holidays.

Production is separate from shipping. Everything ships from our shop outside Atlanta, Georgia — add UPS Ground transit on top, or use Next Day Air if you are against a deadline.
In a hurry? Two different levers, and it is worth knowing which is which:
- Same Day RUSH — $100. Order by 1:00 PM Eastern and we print and ship the same day. This shortens the printing.
- UPS Next Day Air. This shortens the shipping.
Air on its own will not get you a next-day delivery, because the sheet still has to be printed. For a genuine emergency you want both.
