We sell presses on quote rather than through the cart. Tell us which machine and where it is going, and you get a written quote with a firm total — freight included, not "call for a shipping quote".
That is what a school or booster club needs to raise a requisition, and it is how these sell anyway. We invoice Net 30 once your district has us set up, and our invoices read Morché Designs dba MoreTranz.

Freight is a flat fee to the lower 48 with liftgate included. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are quoted individually. The pickup estimate above applies to transfers, which we print here — not to machines.
Lower Platen Teflon Protective Covers
The cheapest thing you can do to make a platen last. Adhesive powder, stray ink and transfer residue build up on a bare platen, and once it is on there it transfers onto the next garment. A Teflon cover takes the abuse instead.
What it saves you
- The platen underneath stays clean — no scrubbing a hot surface between jobs.
- No adhesive marks on the next shirt. The most annoying kind of reject, because you do not see it until the garment is finished.
- They are consumable and cheap. When one is scorched past use, replace it rather than the platen.
Buying the right size
Covers are sized to the platen, so order by the lower platen you own. One 16″ × 20″ cover fits both of our 16″ × 20″ platens — Tag Along and Can Cooler.
Two platens have no cover: Shoes and Round. Their shapes have none made for them, so keep those clean by hand.
They fit either press
Covers go with the platen, not the machine — so the same cover works whether the platen is on the 16″ × 20″ clamshell or the dual platen press. Move a platen between machines and its cover moves with it.
The rest of the heat press range
- 16″ × 20″ dual platen press — the volume machine, still a one-person station. Load one side while the other presses.
- 16″ × 20″ clamshell press — the everyday press for flat goods, with a slide-out base you thread the shirt onto.
- Cap and patch press — hats, beanies and patches. Upper and lower platens set separately, which is what a curved seam needs.
- Lower platens — sleeve, youth, label, cap bill, can cooler and more. Tool-free, and they fit both flat presses.
- Equipment cart — rolling, and the deck cranks from 15″ to 35.5″ for standing or seated work.

Schools, districts and booster clubs
We quote for requisitions. Email us what you need and we will send a quote you can attach to a purchase order, with a firm total — freight included, not "call for a shipping quote". A bookkeeper cannot submit a requisition against a number that might move.
Net 30 once your district has us set up. Georgia public schools and colleges are automatically exempt from sales tax and need no form from us; booster clubs and other 501(c)(3) groups are exempt once we have your ST-5 on file.
Our invoices read Morché Designs dba MoreTranz — the name already in several Georgia vendor systems, which is usually the slowest part of buying anything.
